We’re pleased to have supported NCVO in the appointment of Kate Morris as its new Finance and Commercial Director.
Kate is an experienced finance leader with a career spanning more than 25 years across the retail, public and voluntary sectors. A CIMA-qualified professional with an MSc in Charity Accounting and Financial Management, she joins NCVO from Morden College, where she managed a £260m permanent endowment and led the financial delivery of an £8m Stirling Prize-winning capital project.
Her background covers investment strategy, property management, and modernising finance and IT functions. Alongside her executive work, Kate serves as a Trustee of Bethlem Gallery and has previously held a similar role with the Drinkaware Trust, reflecting her commitment to effective, values-led leadership.
Kate’s appointment marks an important step in strengthening NCVO’s financial sustainability and long-term impact. Congratulations to Kate and to NCVO on this appointment.
