Vincent brings extensive experience in mental health and social care leadership. He has previously held senior roles at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust, Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, focusing on service transformation, partnership working and community engagement.
