We’re delighted to have supported Systemic Justice with the appointment of two key leadership roles: Saranel Benjamin as Executive Director, and Susheela Math as Head of Legal.
Saranel brings extensive experience leading organisations focused on social justice and equity. She has held senior leadership roles at Oxfam GB, ActionAid International, and Women’s Aid, and has dedicated her career to advancing feminist leadership and dismantling structural inequality.
Susheela joins Systemic Justice as a seasoned human rights lawyer, bringing a strong background in equality and discrimination law. She has previously led legal and policy work at organisations including Liberty, JUSTICE, and the Equality and Human Rights Commission, and has represented individuals and communities in cases challenging systemic injustice.
Together, Saranel and Susheela will help drive Systemic Justice’s mission to transform how the law works for those fighting for racial, social and economic justice across Europe.
