We are pleased to welcome Rob Wright as a new Partner at Cadence Partners! He has over 20 years of experience in talent management, assessment, and coaching, and specialises in supporting Executive and Non-Executive leaders in the health, care and public sectors, having supported hundreds of hiring organisations to attract, assess and appoint the right leaders, to the right jobs, at the right time.
He joins us from NHS England, where he was the Head of Executive Talent and Appointments; he is well known in the health sector, having worked in senior positions for the NHS Leadership Academy, NHS Improvement and NHS England for over a decade.
His work focuses on those in board level positions, helping aspiring Director break through to Executive level, supporting existing Directors to step up to CEO roles, and works with those at Executive level to consider Non-Executive portfolio careers.
He is also an ICF trained coach; Rob has worked with hundreds of senior leaders at a personal level to help them navigate their career paths, identify gaps and development needs, put in place strategies to overcome barriers, and reach their career potential.
Commenting on Rob joining Cadence Partners, Shani Newbold, our Managing Partner, said:
“I'm absolutely thrilled to welcome Rob to the Cadence Partners team. It really isn't easy to find people in our industry who truly understand the importance of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion, who genuinely want to make a difference, and get what we do differently here at Cadence Partners - he absolutely does.
Rob will bolster the support we already offer our NHS, healthcare, and social care clients, providing his in-depth experience and unique insights and knowledge of the sectors. We’re already working really closely to further develop our services and consultancy offering to increase the strategic partnership support we offer our clients; we're shaking things up over here at Cadence Partners, and with Rob on board I know we've just turned a great page in our firm's story.”
