​Aisha brings a diverse professional background to Cadence Partners. With an initial degree in Law, Aisha began her career as a lawyer, gaining valuable experience in the legal field. She then transitioned into student recruitment, where she honed her skills in outreach and engagement before moving into the executive search industry. At Cadence Partners, Aisha leverages her varied expertise in assignment research, candidate sourcing, and outreach, while also supporting other research projects and assessments.

Outside of work, Aisha is passionate about cooking, staying active at the gym, and spending quality time with family and friends. She enjoys unwinding with YouTube and Netflix and is now exploring more outdoor activities to enrich her leisure time.
