She is accredited to use a wide range of psychometric tools including WAVE, OPQ 32, Firo-B, Hogan Development Systems, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Strengthscope, NEO P-IR, the Talent Q suite, the Leadership Judgement Indicator, the Decision-making & Self-regulation Assessor (DASA), Emotions & Behaviours at Work (EBW), a tool measuring Emotional Intelligence in leadership, ‘Engage’, which measures change-readiness, and ‘Implicitly’ which measures Unconscious Bias.

Angela is also adept at behavioural assessments using business simulations such as role plays and group activities, and she can operate across diverse assessment settings like recruitment, career management, and team-profiling.

Following her first degree, Angela successfully completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance, and an MSc in Strategic Learning and Development (Distinction). She holds Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A and B). Her assessment expertise is enhanced by the fact that she is a qualified executive coach (Institute of Leadership & Management).
