​Ian has worked in the recruitment space for over a decade, first as an internal recruiter in the retail sector before joining Cadence Partners two years ago to work in their Operations Team.

He feels the most important thing about working here is our commitment to social justice and promoting diversity and equality in all its forms. Ian has a real passion for the work he does supporting the recruitment journey for prospective candidates, and feels privileged to have supported a number of leading third sector organisations with prominent hires.

Away from the office, he loves travel and visited numerous countries around the world, he’s a big Notts County fan and enjoys sport in general, he can often be found enjoying a good film or TV show.
