​Rob is an incredibly experienced Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant. He most recently spent 14 years as a Senior Director at Apple, where he was one of the leaders who helped Apple on their journey to realise their value of inclusion and diversity, by building a global talent strategy that enabled people to be their best selves and by running education programmes to teach Inclusive Leadership to all levels in the organisation, including the Executive Team.

Before joining Apple, he was the Vice President of HR for Expedia Europe, working with the leadership team to help grow Expedia Europe from a small Microsoft born start up, to one of the world’s leading travel companies.

He has always worked and led global teams and travelled to over 60 countries, immersing himself into different cultures in both work and life. Rob currently lives in the English countryside with his partner, 2 dogs, 3 cats and about 300,000 bees.
