​​Rob is a specialist in developing and promoting board-level talent in the health, care, and public sectors, having supported hundreds of hiring organisations to attract, assess, and appoint the right leaders, to the right jobs, at the right time.

He previously worked for NHS England as Head of Executive Talent and Appointments; for a decade he worked with the NHS Leadership Academy, NHS Improvement, and NHS England in senior positions focused on board-level assessment, development, and appointments. He has a passion for supporting diverse and aspiring talent to break through into executive-level positions.

He is also an ICF-trained coach, having worked with hundreds of senior leaders to help them navigate their career paths and reach their potential.
