​Robert has nearly two decades of experience leading high-end and executive searches throughout the public, private and third sectors.

He has been instrumental in the appointing of hundreds of senior leaders for some of the UK’s most prominent third sector organisations and is fiercely passionate about tackling inequality in all its forms.

In his spare time, Robert loves long walks with his wife and son, watching films, listening to music, and writing poetry. He is also a Board member for JustUs, a charity focused on eradicating homelessness in Bedford.
