​Sophie graduated in 2020 with a degree in Hispanic Studies from the University of Nottingham. During her studies, she took part in an exchange with the University of Aveiro and spent time working for a performing arts agency in Seville as part of their marketing team. On top of her language skills, Sophie also has significant experience in customer service and now works in our Nottingham-based Operations Team, leading recruitment projects from an administrative perspective.

Outside of work, Sophie is a lover of all things creative and enjoys spending her time practicing pottery, going to dance classes, or baking treats for the rest of the team.
