Over the past 12 months we have developed a new strategic direction, which has resulted in an increased demand for our services, an abundance of new clients, and expanding the sectors that we support. As a result, we are looking to expand our associate network to ensure we have the support network to meet our workload demands, maintain the quality of our delivery, and continue to meet our clients’ expectations.

What does the role involve?

  • Lead client and candidate management throughout the lifespan of an assignment ensuring high standards and commitment to quality.

  • Helping to develop a search strategy based on client briefings

  • Undertake candidate research and sourcing with a creative approach to searches

  • Lead on candidate approaches, through email and telephone contact, to enthuse candidates about new roles and opportunities and use good judgement to assess their suitability for the role and client’s organisation

  • Attend and participate in client meetings, as required, with other team members

  • Ensure high levels of candidate care, providing feedback during assignments and remaining in contact during onboarding period of the successful candidate

  • Supporting and encouraging applications from interested candidates

  • Pre-screening both researched candidates and other applicants

  • Updating clients via weekly verbal / written communications

  • Recording data for our talent pool database

  • Where comfortable and experienced, there may also be opportunities for you to support with longlisting applications, and support with the interview and assessment process, aiding in the client report writing

  • Work in close liaison with the Lead Consultants and operations assignment lead.

  • Support the candidate interview and assessment process, writing interview reports as required.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, with strong planning and organisational skills.

Who we’re looking for?

  • A minimum of 1 year experience working within executive recruitment

  • Successful track record of working in a recruitment firm on assignments for leadership roles and experience working on multiple and concurrent assignments

  • Experienced in working at pace with the ability to prioritise and be flexible when needed, both in response to live deadlines and on longer-term projects

  • Contributing to and supporting an agile team through upward management

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to deal in a professional manner with candidates and clients

  • Demonstrably high standards in service delivery and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in respect of the business processes and systems

  • Effective in proactively managing own workload and working in conjunction with a wider project team

  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative and dynamic team, with a proactive and supportive approach to problem-solving

  • Adept with IT, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, databases, and video conferencing

  • A deep commitment to EDI and a genuine and meaningful approach to challenging the status quo, with an appreciation of the responsibility we hold as gatekeepers and accountability for addressing bias in recruitment.
